SUNRISE AT CAMPSITE

As you can see we made it all the way down...as far as you can go in the U.S....Key West, FL and only 90 miles from Cuba. We are camped right on the water...(where we like it) about 5 miles from this spot which is just a short bike ride for us...It's been a little breezy...but very nice at 85.

We had just spent a couple days off the road with Ted and Nell Sander, outside Fort Lauderdale where we had a great time reminiscing about the Toledo Ski Club. We also got a chance to play a couple very nice golf courses...at great prices...thanks to Ted's connections. Their house is on an intercostal water way that you can take all the way down to The Everglades...with excellent fishing...a great place to stop and re-charge our batteries...
