Our first
FMCA RV Rally is now history. We went to a lot of information seminars this past week and learned about everything from RV safety to the
do's &
dont's on holding tank treatments to
RVing in Mexico & Alaska. We also played golf one day and they had nightly entertainment. They even had a dog show with around 80 participants....one of the highlights for us !

There were over 650
RV's at this Expo Center in Shawnee just east of Oklahoma City. Most of these
RV's were large Class A's with some over 40 ft. with 4 slide outs...but a few were smaller than ours. Some of the people attending were full time
RVers but most were part timers "like us" from the surrounding states.

The seminars are nice but we also learn a lot from the other people attending...
RVers are a very
friendly &
helpful group and we meet some very nice people we plan to keep in touch with.
We are posting this from a Flying J in northern Arizona off route 40 in Winslow...working our way towards
Surprise...sometime on Tuesday.
