FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH

Heading for the low lands "lower elevations" for us...our favorite place, to date, in the California Desert is the Fountain Of Youth Spa RV Resort just east of the Salton Sea which is 235 ft. below sea level.




This is our second time staying at the F.O.Y. and our reason for picking this spot to get into some warmer weather was easy after...just stumbling across this place last year.






There are two artesian mineral water steam rooms, a hot mineral water spa, three therapeutic jet pools and two large swimming pools.

Modern laundry and shower facilities along with a beauty shop, post office, restaurant, fitness center, desert golf, weekly farmers market plus all kinds of special interest clubs and activities.

Not to mention the weather 70 to 80 in the middle of winter...
