HARRISON BAY S.P.- TENNESSEE

Spending three nights here at Harrison Bay S.P. amongst the trees that are starting to lose their leaves and acorns...that make a rata-tat-tat sound on our roof. We biked down to the large marina that is part of the park and had nice dinner at there restaurant.

This is one of our favorites spots on Lake Chickamauga, two short driving days from home (Toledo) near Chattanooga. Reminds us of Pokagon S.P. in Indiana (which some of you remember) but without the ever present raccoons & possums...or maybe these Tennessee campers...well there are a lot of kettles on camp fires.

There is also a Jack Nicklaus golf course here that we plan to play tomorrow and then we will be on the road again to another S.P.(state park) just south of Birmingham Alabama.
