We have been staying in Surprise AZ just outside Phoenix visiting with family and friends for the past three weeks and the weather has been just great.
And there view from the rocks...
We bought six new tires in Toledo before we left "ouch" and to keep a better eye on that investment and our road safety in general we installed a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. If we do need air we won't have to hunt for a place to get it or a place with the right kind of adapter for our dually because we now have an new air compressor on board and we can air up anywhere, even in the most remote areas.

And there view from the rocks...
As we start the new year and get past the holidays & football without gaining to much weight we look at what else is new for us and Lexi "our 31ft. home away from home"
For 10 years now Tony has gone through a procedure once a month in Toledo OH. It's called an I.V.I.G. and it is prescribed to boost his immune system. Now that 4 to 5 hour procedure will be able to be preformed in Surprise AZ when we are traveling in the South West.
{To everyone at St. Ann's in Toledo...this place reminds us of where we first went for treatment...that little room at St. V's...this room is a little bigger, but looks the same. We don't miss the plane ride once a month...but we do miss all that you do...how you do it and your beautiful facility..."like lunch"...see you in the spring}

Other repairs and additions include a new air vent to our gray wast tank "destroyed by Tony when he cleaned the roof", fixing our rear vent & fan combo, fixing the rear view camera,hooking up and learning our new Garmin Travel Assistant, installing a new motion sensor light by the side door, along with adding a couple hooks and "a very important and appreciated"Texas bottle opener.
Rounding out our TLC with Lexi we gave her a much needed bath and a coat of a new product to us ...303 Aerospace Protectant which is advertised to be better than wax and is the worlds most effective UV screening product...(this must be true because the guy at the RV show said so) anyway we are giving it a test.
And you all thought we had nothing better to do but just sitting around enjoying the 70 to 75 temps in Arizona and play golf...well we did play one round!
We will soon leave our plush accommodations at the AZ Paynes: Mike, Dana, Danelle & Gavin for a 3 to 4 week trip to California with a stop a Quartzsite along the way....with the hope of less repairs and more golf on our return visit.
