It's back in Suprise AZ for another couple weeks of roughing it at the Payne's....well not really roughing it...
This is our typical morning greeting looking out there back door.....along with an equally spectacular sunsets. The elevation here is 1,430 ft...which is higher than Phoenix and the other, more populated areas so along with the small hills around us we get great sunrises & sunsets along with spectacular star gazing without any city lights.
The weather has been great...76..78 during the day and cooling off to 45..47 at night with the forecast next week promising temps in 80's
We will be heading out to Quartzsite AZ for a couple days just east of the CA boarder about 100 miles...an all RV town that fluctuates between 1,500 and 150,000 depending the time of year and what show is going on...like the Sports, Vacation & RV Show with more than 275 exhibitors...a huge Gem Show...an Arts and Craft/Car Show...& an on going flea market with daily live entertainment...(some organized...some not)
We past the "Q" on the way back from CA last month, and it's hard to put in words what we saw from the road...like 100 RV parking lots in the desert...so we will take and post some pictures....
It's Super Bowl Sunday....and in the desert it's.....GO CARDS! ! !
