In Key West (the last Key in the chain) an event seemingly as common as a sunset is worthy of a celebration in Mallory Square but arrive early to enjoy the Street Performers.
This beautiful church was just a short bike ride from our parking spot along the east side of Key West on our last day in town.
...and a great place for special days !
You don't have to go far to come across the wierd or unusual... like one of our friends from Toledo "Steve" who with his wife Vicki likes Key West so much they come here every year ...and are now shopping for more than just that special souvenir...
We also hung out with another couple from Toledo that came to paradise for a few days "Bob & Barb" so it felt a little like back home... minus the tempture change of course. Then throw in that Pat Dailey & friends from Put-In-Bay who were putting on their 9TH annual music festival at the infamous Sloppy Joe's.
Some people love it...some people don't... We are all ready planing our next trip... because planning is the (key) when you come down here. Campsites can range from $30 to $130 so we will plan our next trip to this paradise at least two years out.
Next we head to the Gulf Coast...
