THE GULF COAST & TRIP SUMMARY

Well we are already back in Toledo unpacking and repacking for our next trip...this one by plane to Arizona.

We finished this trip pretty much the same way that we started in the first of January by stopping to visit friends and relatives along the way in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Ellenton and St.Pete Beach.

We also meet up with a lot of interesting RV travelers along the way like a metal artist that works primarily with found automotive sheet metal. First meeting at a state park and then visiting his booth at the Naples Art Fair...a long way from his home in Morro Bay California. www.anthonyhansen.com

We didn't catch this guys name but he was the last gator we saw in the sunshine state.

Aunt Mary Ann and Uncle Erv, who introduced us to the game of golf..."just a few years ago"

Sandy with friend and collage room mate Kathy at their home in Cape Coral

Tony with fellow Bowsher Class of 66 grads Walt and Marcia

This was a rather short trip for us...just 71 days, but full of good times and interesting places.

We did have the motor go bad in Lexi's retractable step, but with the help from our friend, retired Orthopedic Surgeon we replaced it...thanks Richard the patient is doing fine and resting in our driveway awaiting our next RV adventure.
